Client Project | Gma's House Update

We are about halfway through the small facelift!
{See before pics HERE}
The demo has been done, the rough electrical has been installed, and the new walls have been textured!  Now the space has one big open great room feel!
We reused a base cabinet from the wall we removed to add to the island.  We also moved the cab that sits above the refer to extend the perimeter and we will add a pantry cabinet to the end.

As I once called my Gma's taste Asian Granny, we are keeping that style here.  She selected bamboo flooring to be installed everywhere but the bedrooms and master bath.  We also added a pony wall at the entry to define both the entry and formal dining areas.

My mom found the most perfect asian style dining table for her formal dinning space at one of our favorite thrift stores!  It was the perfect size and in amazing condition!

It is week 4 of the ORC!
I will be linking up this week and for the remainder of the challenge!  Stop by Calling It Home to see all of the other projects!

You're doing great with what looks to be a very big project. The hardwoods are beautiful. Can't wait to see the finish.

This is such a huge transformation. I love you G-ma's style, and that table and chairs will look fantastic. Can't wait to see this put back together.

I see that style runs in the family. This is looking great!
