My House | Entry Stencil Reveal

Happy Monday Peeps!
I woke up to find my computer not turning on... not the best way to start the start a Monday!  But keeping my bright side glasses on, it can only get better right?  Maybe I will just go stare at my new entry way...
The amazing people at Royal Stencil Design Studio were kind enough to offer me a stencil for review! And since stenciling my entry was on my Home Goals 2013, I couldn't have been more excited!

What do you think?
I have to say it was a little bit of a challenge!  I have knock down texture walls so getting a smooth line was next to impossible!  {That, and I decided to tackle this project while the hubs was gone and my boys were extra needy over the weekend!}  I am putting together a 2 part tutorial for stenciling on textures walls starting tomorrow.  With every project I would do some things differently, and I also picked up some tips and tricks along the project... so of course I will share!   I love the stencil and have long said it is a savvy alternative to wallpaper.  And if you are like me {and like to change things up} you will only have to paint over and not strip wallpaper.  Although I have to say... I probably won't be changing this out anytime soon!

Tiffany, it looks fantastic. It must be a little tricky on textured walls. Looking forward to the tutorial.

Wow! I am so impressed with your patience to tackle a space that big with a stencil! That's a lot of work but it definitely paid off!

LOVE!! I'm excited for your tips. I'm wanting to do some of my own but haven't a clue how to do it. I love how large the scale is of your stencil and the green is gorge!
