How To... Burlap Stockings and Baby

Last year, while I was getting crafty, one of my most dearest friends asked me to make her and hers a pair of stockings.  She had an idea that she wanted to use burlap, but let me give me any details.  She just let me use my own design vision...

Well in the last year they have been blessed with the most handsome baby boy!  I threw her a baby shower {see here} and have enjoyed seeing one of my best friends become one of the best moms!  I was so happy when she asked if I would make a stocking for her baby boy Hudson.  Of course I had to {why did I not think of this for a baby gift!?!} So I used my own TUTORIAL to make her a stocking for baby Hudson... and one for another baby {in the far future... S!}

And after she sent me this picture...

via her iphone

I saw the empty stocking holder for him and I couldn't make Hudson's fast enough!!   And just to save time for the future, I made two!  If I could have found a "?" for an ornament I so would have bought it!!

Gorgeous! Did you find the burlap made you sneeze? As lovely has that fabric is, every time I am near it I itch....sad because I have about 3 yards kicking around and I can't use it!
