Please welcome Jessica from Stay at Home-ista!
Hi, I'm Jessica from Stay at Home-ista. I'm a Harvard architect turned stay at home mom to three, and I'm usually found baking, cooking, decorating, diy-ing, and general mommy-ing all day long.
My 5 Fall Faves are:
1. Comfort Foods.
I've been trying to perfect this one this year, and so far I've fallen head over heels in love with pumpkin mac and cheese. Although I am also partial to butternut squash mac and cheese, fondue, and hearty grilled cheese sandwiches.
2. Anything Halloween-y
Whether it's a jack-o-lantern clementine in a lunchbox or a costume party for adults, I'm there.
3. Hot chocolate.
Especially if you make it from scratch, You can see my recipe here, usually I make fudge first then melt it into steamed milk, yum:) S'mores are also right in here, since it's melted chocolate.
4. Simple Crafts
You can't take yourself too seriously when you are glueing spiderwebs onto glasses and then adding glitter. I mean, seriously, everything is better with glitter!
5. Thanksgiving
Um, let me just tell you how hard it was for me to make this 5 things that weren't all food based! I like bringing the silly crafts into the holiday, hence these Thanksgiving handprint turkeys. I used a handprint from each child:)
I am so happy to be guesting over here at Living Savvy! I only live a couple of hours away from Tiffany, so once her new house is done, I'm coming over, watch out!

Door is always unlocked! Just come right in and grab a wine glass!!!
Thanks for sharing... loving that hot chocolate recipe! And on a day like today {rain here in nor cal} we both could indulge!
