Spray Painters Anonymous... Sandpaper and Glue

Hi! I’m Stephanie from Sandpaper & Glue, and I’m a spray painting addict. It’s a fairly new addiction, but it’s absolutely habit forming. In fact, I indulged just this week. And you know what? I ain’t even mad.

We moved into our first ever home last August and I began reading DIY blogs and pinning like crazy, and that’s when I decided to tackle my first project: shutters as indoor wall art for my living room. I was just a beginner and used the $.99 stuff from Walmart, it took three or four coats but when it was done I was hooked!

 

A few months later, the itch hit me big time, I re-painted a dark brown accent table for my living room. 

I covered up an ugly metal mirror from my bathroom:



This week I went all out on a project I’ve been mulling over for a while. I spray painted the 30 year old hand-me-down dresser that lives in my master bedroom:
