Hello, my name is Tiffany and I am still a spray paint addict! I am so much an addict, my friends bring over glass vases they aren't going to use anymore and ask me to spray paint them so they will use them!
I have noticed a huge explosion of color lately and if you open Pinterest, on any page you will see color blocking. I like the look of it... I am not sure if I could carry it off in my personal wardrobe, but I certainly can do it in home decor!
Admittedly I actually like all of the clothes here, and I might actually wear these. After looking at these bottles I thought why not color block them!
I used the colors I had on had, but there option are unlimited!
Once the first color is applied let it cure for 24 hrs. Or if you are impatient like me, turn on the portable heater and set them in front of it for a couple hours. Next tape off where you would like to start the next color. After a straight line is formed, cover the top a plastic bag and more tape.
No glass vase is safe! And I can see my spray paint color selection growing in the next couple of weeks!

Hi Savvy readers! I'm so glad to be back to share a quick little
organizing tip with you!
A few years ago I consolidated all of our appliance and product
manuals in one location. I used this cute little hanging file
basket (I think I got it from Pier One eons ago). I created a
hanging folder for several general categories...Large Appliances,
Small Kitchen Appliances, Baby Toys and Products, Computer and
Printer, Outdoor Tools, Textiles, and Misc. Often comforters,
tablecloths, scarves, and other linens have big labels,
so when I carefully cut them off, I tape the label to a piece of paper and
jot down what it belongs to. Now, when we need to reference a
manual to change a setting, or to disassemble for cleaning, or
whatever, we know just where to find it.
Simply tape your receipts to their manual, and if you need to return
something, you're all set.
And if we sell or donate something, it's super easy to find the
manual to send along with it. Of course, you could certainly
apply this theory to a few folders within a larger file cabinet, or to
whatever filing system you already use. Try it out!
Thanks for having me, Tiffany! You're the best!
p.s. Today on my blog I'm sharing our master bedroom...I had
mentioned it in my guest post here a couple weeks ago...come see!

Great tip Cate! I have just started a system like this! I love the idea of keeping the receipts with the manual!

Love the look of these colorblocked vases! You picked great colors. You have some lucky friends if they will be taking these home!
I really like those color blocked vases Tiffany! And using a beautiful basket instead of a box or file cabinet is so much better for paperwork!

I love those! I'm pinning them now, color blocking is so in. I can only pull it off it is a pants-shirt-sweater way, not just horizontal lines on one item:)

Spray painting is definitely addictive and I love your new colorblock ideas - any colors can be combined instantly. Great tip with the manuals. I have 3 large folders with everything divided up - makes for quick access when something needs repair.
