Happy Monday! Did you all have a good weekend? I am sure I will? I actually wrote this on Friday night because I am going to take a few days off to head up to South Lake Tahoe for a little R&R. My Uncle and Aunt have a 2nd home there and I have been vacationing there since I was a very little girl. I am so excited to take my boys there to sled {if there is any snow}! I am sure I will share some pics when I get back!

So I will start with Carmel's questions!
1. If you had a time machine, where or rather when would you go?
Hmm... I would go to the future, but stay the same age as I am now! HA!

4. When you were a kid, what was your favorite television show?
Silver Spoons. I had a major crush on Rick Schroder!
5. Let's pretend you found $50 in your couch cushions, what would you run out and buy?
I don't know if I could narrow it down! I think I would splurge on some new spring clothes, or go to Home Goods and see how many things I can get for $50! Or better yet go thrifting with it and really max the $50 bucks out!
6. What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is red, but I hardly wear it even though it looks really good on my skin tone! I love to decorate with it and add a pop of it to most rooms!
7. Why did you start your blog?
I started my blog because I wanted to use it as an advertising tool for my design business. I have been blogging for just about a year {as I say full time 5 posts a week} and I really enjoy the community of other designers and bloggers that share all of their ideas. It really has been a huge pleasure to be apart of it!
8. What is your favorite home decor store?
Home Goods. But if I had to pick a true retail brand I would say West Elm.
9. Name one thing in your make-up bag you can not live without?
I have to have mascara! Even when I don't put any make up on for the day I will curl my eyelashes and put on some mascara.
10. Do you watch Revenge?
No... what is Revenge? Should I be watching it!?!?
11. Will you still be my friend even though I made you suffer through this little game of tag?
Yes, but you owe me a glass of wine!

1. What would be the career of your dreams?
Honestly I have always dreamed of being a successful Interior Designer. But I would love to also do magazine staging, or party planning!
2. I would eat Top Ramen noodles for a month in order to save up for ___________! Or, I wouldn't eat Top Ramen for anything!
I love me some Top Ramen, but I don't think I could eat them for a month for anything!
3. Which would you choose for a date with your husband: Candlelight dinner at a nice restaurant or day of hiking in the mountains?
A Restaurant candles optional. I am not a huge mussy romantic, but I would pick this because I rarely get to eat out anymore with just him, our boys are always in tow!
4. In which sport or athletic activity would you most like to participate?

I would love to be discipline enough to do figure competitions. But I like my wine and my food way to much to really get that serious!
5. What do you wish you were more knowledgeable about?
How to use photoshop and my camera better! Both on my list of things to do this year!
6. Pretend one of your online blogging friends is coming to visit for the weekend, what one thing would you do to your home before she arrived?
Clean it from top to bottom! Probably change every little decor item twice to just put it right back into the same place! Buy flowers! And make a little welcome basket of things I think she might like.
7. What kind of driver are you (speed demon, rule follower, tickets, fender benders, easy going)?
Speed demon for sure!

I don't have any that I am aware of. Really!
10. What is your best quality?
I always find this question hard. I would like to think that my best quality is that I am will to do anything for family and friends. Could be my worst too!!
11. What is your best piece of advice for raising children?
Since my are only 2 and 4 I am pretty sure I don't have the best advice yet. But currently I would say remember everything is a phase and it will eventually pass!

and i used to be a PT so i worked with all sorts of people who did do figure competitions... i was like the "normal actually attainable trainer". and now i am mush.
