Yes, two ombre posts in a row! It is like my new chevron! I LOVE it!
Since I put my Christmas tree in front of my fireplace I couldn't do a traditional holiday mantel, but I still wanted to add something festive to it.
These are simple and cheap... Total cost was $4 {not including paint}!
While on my 101st strip to the dollar store I picked up 3 packages of these foam snowflakes and a package of foam snowflake coasters.
In the color you would like... I choose gold and silver to go with the {Ombre Tree Skirt}, very lightly spray one quick pass across the middle.
Then make other pass a little lower and a little closer; letting the paint get a little darker. Finish with a very long, very short spray at the tip.
I hung them up with a few cut up 3M strips, but you could probably just use double side tap or some zots.
I love the look at night with the lights and during the daylight... Ryder {our elf on the shelf} liked it so much he landed there last night!
11 More shopping days left! Maybe I should stop decorating and start shopping! HAHA!

Love this look!! I saw those styrofoam snowflakes at the dollar store and thought about what I could do with them...but moved on with my (unsuccessful) mission that I was originally there for. WEll done! Definitely keeping this one in mind... :)
