For the last week I have had a pile of pumpkins on my front porch and bags of fall decor that have been stacking up from my few trips to the secret holiday mega store. Typically we carve our pumpkins a few days after we pick them, but this year we went so early we didn't want them to go bad, so we are going to wait. But until then it looks like the pumpkin fairy just threw up on my porch, so I thought I would make it a little more pretty...
All of this is from some things I had, or some things I picked up at the $ store. The two pumpkins that are carved are from Target about 2 years ago. I still think they are cute and so simple to just plug in!
Here is a few at night.
I am thinking maybe we won't carve our pumpkins this year... I am really liking this look. I think J might be a little upset if we don't let him pick out all of our carvings. What do you think?
Carve them or leave them?

I love the glossy black pumpkins and the thumbtacks! It all looks great!
I LOVE the white pumpkin with the welcome in thumbtacks, I thought they were nail head trim at first. I did that for a tutorial, made a spiderweb out of nail head trim, but I like this even better! White pumpkins are all the rage, supposedly in this "down" economy they make us feel better. Read that somewhere! Enjoy your week Tiffany, Janell
I think they look great as is, but maybe you could carve a couple of them to keep everyone happy. :)
Great porch, love the white pumpkin with the thumbtack welcome. The glossy black ones are great too.
The whole porch looks great. You've made some fine selection of pumpkins as well.
