This last weekend I went to Santa Cruz on a girls trip to celebrate a good friends birthday. I love Love LOVE the beach! I love the way the sand feels under my feet, the sound of the waves, and the many different colors of blue the ocean has. Whenever I am there I take pictures of the water... I can't tell you how many pics I have of the ocean!
I love the colors of the life guard tower... light blue and orange! I have been waiting to take a picture that would work for this art installation I saw a few years back in Sunset magazine...

This is a great idea to take a picture, blow it up and put it in 9 frames to create a huge statement! Maybe I will get around to that soon.
Ok off to unpack and get my head back into daily life... time with the girls was so much fun!
Nothing better then good girlfriends, a couple cocktails, the beach... and a roller coaster ride or two!!!
