Spray Painters Anonymous {Sadie & Stella}

Hi! Our names are Lindsay and Lindsay from Sadie + Stella, and we are spray paint addicts. Does this sound like we are attending a support group? Because it certainly should.  We are always up to diy's around here. No project is too big or too small to incorporate a little spray paint. It is amazing how big of a transformation can ensue with a little spray paint TLC. Which is what we are sharing with you all today!

Lindsay (Sadie's mom) wanted to give her guest room a little face lift, with a lot of style but on the cheap. She found an amazing iron headboard and footboard at a local Goodwill. It was love at first sight and we knew it had great potential to be a one of a kind piece.

It's beginnings. Although a beautiful distressed brass, it wasn't the look we were going for. We wanted a shocking coral bed.

Again, a before of the footboard. Get ready for this transformation.

Insert Krylon Coral Isle spray paint...

Big transformation in process here...I wanted to spray paint a tree coral as well...Lindsay said this would be over the top and take us into a new category of spray paint addiction. I kind of agree with her, but the heart wants what the heart wants.

Bingo, bango. Here she is. In all of her glory! We are obsessed with the results. That coral spray paint is divine. Seriously. We want to cover our entire houses in this stuff. OBSESSED!

Thank you for accompanying us through one of our spray paint journeys. We hope you all enjoyed it thoroughly. To see more spray painting and diying and overall lifestyle design, please head over to Sadie + Stella

And now let us all repeat the Spray Painters Mantra:
Friends, help me source all the items I am searching for but can not find.
Give me the vision to think outside of the box and remember the can of spray paint,
and bless me with the patience to let each of the coats dry before I move on to the next step!

Cookies and coffee are in the back! =)

I love the combination of the green and the coral. So beautiful. Really makes me want to bust out some spray paint and redo pretty much everything in my house!!
