Happy Monday everyone! I literally just walked in the door and I had to come straight to my computer to share this AMAZING fabric warehouse I found when I was visiting my aunt and cousin in Modesto CA.
Home Fabric and Rugs the best fabric outlet I have seen ever!! This place was HUGE and had so much fabric and get this nothing was over... wait for it... $12.99 a yard!!!! Most were $4.99 - $7.99 and they had a huge clearance area that was $2 -$3 a yard!!!

Can you believe I left this store and didn't buy anything!!! I know... But my mom did find fabric for her couch and her outdoor settee for her lani. 25 yards for under $150!!! They have two more locations in Fresno and Clovis CA... I was so hoping for a Sacramento location that I just didn't know about!!
They do have a website homefabricsonline.com there are some great options but nothing like the actual store!

Cannot believe you bought nothing! Looks like an amazing place.
What a great place. We have a similar placer here in Bakersfield but it is much less organized. I have a friend in Clovis so that is just one more reason to visit.
